Question 1: I have paid for premium gallery access, does that mean I can use photographs for commercial purposesł
Premium account allows you to view larger number of photos in our face library. All photos are signed and digitally protected and cannot be used for commercial purposes on all media including web pages. If you want to use a photo for commercial purposes contact us via contact form.
Question 2: How long does it take to have an account activatedł
Account is activated immediately after receiving confirmation from PayPal.com authorization system. Usually transaction is confirmed within 24 hours from electronic transaction, but on weekends this might take longer.
Question 3: How can I contact youł
There are multiple methods of contact available:
If you have a premium account you can use private messages system (your messagebox is available on the right side of login panel once you logged in). You can use dedicated contact forms or general contact form, as well as email us on support@fotokids.eu.
Question 4: How can I check how long will the premium account be activeł
Once you logged in number of days the account will remain active is displayed on the right side of login panel under private messages.
Question 5: I have little time before the premium account expires, do I have to wait till the end and pay once againł
You do not have to wait for the account to expire. In login panel, under expiration date you have a link "Renew your membership", by clicking on it you will be transferred to web page allowing you to choose the amount of days you want your account activation prolonged.
Question 6: How long will my account be kept on server after my subscription expires and will I be able to use private messagesł
Account will be kept for about a month which means you will be able to prolong your subscription and use private messages.
